Action Step: Start with a regular bedtime routine. Relax and unwind at the end of the day with restorative yoga, & meditation to promote restful sleep.

When you feed wholesome and nutritious foods to your body, it gets all the essential nutrients to stay healthy. Food can help reduce inflammation in the body and help the body heal. Food can also have the opposite effect. Too much sugar, alcohol, caffeine or processed foods can have damaging effects of the body.

Action Step: You don't need to follow any fancy diet plan. Eat home cooked, fresh food as much as possible. Stay hydrated. Eliminate junk foods. Add seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet and you will notice the difference in e few days.
